FOGO Style Piri Piri Hot Sauce | La Pimenterie
Fogo is a Piri-Piri style sauce inspired by Portuguese gastronomy! It has a very creamy texture, a lemony finish and just the right amount of kick. We added a twist of our own with sumac for aromatic and tangy notes! Fogo, an everyday hot sauce that can be served with any dish.
Ingredients: Red bell peppers • Onions • Cider vinegar • Canola oil • Lemon pulp and zest • Habanero peppers • Garlic • Salt • Cayenne peppers • Sumac • Cane sugar • Spices • Xanthane gum.
