Our lip balms are made with skin-loving oils and butters, like olive oil and castor oil. Our Lavish lineup is crafted with coconut and shea butter for lots of smooth hydration and a bit of shine. We had lots of requests for something using no coconut or shea butter, as some people have sensitivities and have to avoid them. Our Seed-Based Line is made with no shea butter and no coconut oil, and we use raw cocoa butter for hydrating skin and that beautiful light chocolate scent.

All of our lip balms go on smooth and feel wonderful, leaving your lips healthy and soft.   

The paperboard tube packaging holds a generous 11 grams of product (regular plastic tubes hold about 5 grams), and is completely compostable in even a home composter once empty.

Lavish Earth started in 2014 when founder and creator, Andrea Rideout, was trying her hand at making a batch of soap the old fashioned way using oil and lye. Bringing her passions of science (with a B.Sc. Biological Science), aromatherapy and holistic healthcare (Dipl. Acupuncture), and ongoing love of earth-based products and eco-conscious living, a planet and skin-friendly skincare line was formed.

Our brand tries to keep all skin types in mind and formulate recipes that are effective, safe, and offered in scented and unscented options. The ingredients we use are responsibly sourced, fresh, and high quality.

All of our products are vegan-friendly, cruelty-free, and handcrafted in small, consistent batches in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada.
